InjectorsDirect.com was founded in Andrew Grow’s backyard shed in 2009 as a way to satisfy diesel pickup owners’ need for quality fuel injection parts at reasonable prices. Like many businesses, Injectors Direct faced stagnation after a rapid growth. Despite opening a brand-new manufacturing facility, Andrew felt like the company was stuck and spinning their wheels. “We knew that we needed to bring someone in to help us get past that and move it to the next level,” he said.
Collaboration assisted Andrew and his team to strategize for the future while simultaneously optimizing the company’s current plan to achieve their growth goals. “Collaboration helped us identify room for improvement, weak areas and where we could improve our whole operational process.
