Four key business cornerstones are identified and analyzed in Discovery Consulting, including Finance/Legal, Operations/Production, Sales/Marketing, and Management/HR and Leadership. Key organizational strengths and critical barriers to growth will be identified to ensure a customized plan to promote growth in strategic areas is cultivated. This customized plan will include actual workable solutions in each business cornerstone to improve skills, structures and strategies to launch the business to the next level — and beyond.

Collaborative Leadership Program: A Leadership Journey for Breakthrough Performance

The Collaborative Leader® approach recognizes the leader’s consistent evolution over time to keep pace with the growth of the business. The Collaborative Leadership Program takes business owners and leaders — from the C-suite to newly promoted managers — on a journey of evolution to discover best practices that will achieve breakthrough performance for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Leaders will acknowledge their strengths and areas of improvement, and gives them the tools they need to bolster their skill sets. Seven training modules are designed to educate and engage, while ensuring the leaders continually assess their abilities.

Introducing New Collaboration Team Members

To support the new programming offered by Collaboration, five new team members were recently hired to enhance our services and continue on our own trajectory of breakthrough performance. We are happy to introduce:

Rick Berard, Senior Consultant. Rick has the ability to coach and train managers to handle their growing teams by creating and implementing goals and ensuring the company as a whole is heading in the right strategic direction.

Diana Ideus, Consultant. Diana is an expert executive coach who thrives on providing leaders with the skills needed to perform above and beyond their current level in a continuing education and development sphere.

Kristin Mehiel, Business Development & Marketing Consultant. Kristin is overseeing the overall sales and marketing strategy, including our highly-anticipated webinars and white papers, as well as developing strategic partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.

Marie Lopez, Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Marie is responsible for even the smallest detail of every speaking engagement, social media post, newsletter, email, and other marketing materials Collaboration pushes out.

Kristin Boza, Content Creation. Kristin creates marketing collateral in alignment with the marketing and sales strategy to promote Collaboration to potential new clients.
