Kelly Sebastian’s team hired Collaboration to assist in their transition, which included new personnel and systems within their organization. As the Executive Director of Administrative Operations, Kelly knew that her team would benefit from learning how to work more collaboratively together. “It was really important to get Collaboration onboard and walk us through all our different traits and personalities, and work styles,” she said. Kelly soon saw a transformation within her team; they now have the tools they need to work more efficiently with a better work/life balance. After completing Collaboration’s Leadership Program, Kelly learned how to be a more collaborative leader by using her personal strengths and learned skills to better lead her team. She learned the importance of actively listening, working together and taking suggestions. “I definitely have more confidence as a leader after working with Collaboration.” Now, the team meets weekly to ensure they are staying productive. “We are far more productive on our various projects, and it has really been a great year,” she said. “The Collaboration team is so motivating and so helpful that you really get inspired to do better at your work and to work better with your colleagues.”
